1. Who we are
Huntsman is an iPhone app made by JupiGlow LLC (“we”, “us”), [ADDRESS], [STATE] limited liability company. Contact: privacy@gethuntsman.com.
What we are not. Huntsman is not a broker-dealer and does not hold your money or securities. Your brokerage account is held by your broker, a registered broker-dealer. Your broker opens it, verifies your identity, holds your money and carries out your orders. Your broker’s own privacy notice covers the information your broker holds about you.
2. The short version
- We don’t collect your Social Security number, ID documents, date of birth, home address or bank details. Your broker collects those when you open your brokerage account, not us.
- To link your brokerage account, you sign in on your broker’s own page. We never see your brokerage password. Your broker gives us a key (an “access token”). We keep it encrypted on our server and use it only to show your account and send the orders you confirm.
- Your questions to the AI, and the account details it needs to answer (like your positions and balance), go to our AI provider only after you tap Allow. You can turn the AI off at any time.
- We don’t sell your personal information. There are no advertising or third-party analytics tools in the app.
- You can disconnect your brokerage account or delete your Huntsman account in Settings at any time.
3. What we collect, and why

Face ID / passcode: the app can lock with Face ID. Apple’s system checks your face on your phone. We never receive biometric data.
What we don’t collect: your Social Security number, ID documents, date of birth, home address, bank account details, contacts, photos, precise location or health data.
4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The ODD: when you open the Options Disclosure Document, the app loads it directly from the website that hosts it (today, a broker’s file server), so that server sees your phone’s internet address.
5. Analytics and advertising
- In the app: no advertising SDKs, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics SDKs. We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites, so the app shows no tracking (ATT) prompt.
- Apple’s App Analytics: if you agree in your iPhone’s settings, Apple shares anonymous, combined usage numbers with us.
- Our website: ad measurement may run on our marketing pages only, never in the app, on account screens or on trading screens.
6. How long we keep it
- Brokerage token and account link: until you disconnect or delete your account.
- Your Huntsman account record: until you delete it.
- AI usage counts: [N] days.
- Server logs: [N] days.
- Support messages and complaint records: [N] years.
- AI conversations: not kept on our server.
7. Your choices
- Turn the AI off: Settings › Huntsman AI. This withdraws your consent, and nothing more goes to the AI provider.
- Disconnect your brokerage account: Settings. We delete our stored token. You can also remove Huntsman’s access in your brokerage account.
- Delete your Huntsman account: Settings. We delete your account record, your brokerage token, AI usage and exit settings within [N] days, except anything the law requires us to keep. This doesn’t close your brokerage account. Your broker holds it, and you close it with your broker.
- Notifications: turn them off in your iPhone’s settings. The app works without them.
- Access, correction, deletion and other privacy rights: email privacy@gethuntsman.com. Depending on your state (for example California), you may have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out. We honor them for every user.
8. Security
- Data moves over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Brokerage tokens are encrypted at rest with a key held in a managed key service. Only our server can use it, and from launch every use is logged.
- Our app holds no brokerage or AI keys.
- Access to production systems is limited to the people who run Huntsman.
- No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
9. Age
Huntsman is for adults 18 and older. Brokerage account rules also require it. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Where we operate
Huntsman is offered in the United States, and your data is stored in the United States.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
